A wish list for an ill dog

The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach has given Teddy, the terminally ill dog, as many experiences as they can think of in the short time he has left.

The elder dog was found abandoned outside the shelters in July and had a large tumor, which later turned out to be cancer.

Although it is unknown to the sanctuary why the handsome youngster has been missing for so many days, he is making each one count.

They decided to use a wishlist for the adorable dog and have been crossing things off ever since.

The adorable puppy has gone on numerous adventures, including a car trip for a cheeseburger, a boat tour with frozen cream, and more.

He actually spent a day working as a respected firefighter and deputy sheriff.

The dog claimed he wanted to be a superhero for the day, so the shelters called on their favorite superheroes at North Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue and the North Myrtle Beach Police for help.

He was given a VIP tour of Ripley’s Aquarium to celebrate his six-month birthday at the refuge.

Volunteers show Teddy a lot of love even though he has no interest in adoption.

They are relieved to have him in their care because he has caught their attention.
