A cat staring at a woman
A few years ago, Lauren Thomson went to a sanctuary in Richmond, Virginia, looking for a feline best friend.
She often met with the same kittens, but she was unable to establish the kind of bond she wanted.
After meeting a few cats, she saw a pair of eyes glaring at her and glared down the pair.
A cat named Piddlesticks arrived to the shelters with a broken jaw. She was a touch rough about the shoulders and very pregnant.
After a protracted foster journey and cat jaw surgery, she was brought back to life and had the most adorable asymmetrical face.
On that important day, she fixed her gaze on Lauren whenever she saw her, hoping that Lauren would recognize her, which she did.
It was incredible how the cute tabby girl’s life began a new chapter on that day.
Even though the lovely tabby cat is about nine years old, in heart, he is still a kitten.
She enjoys spending time with her devoted human, watching cats at the windows, and lounging on the screen porch where she can watch small animals while soaking up the sun.
She is charming, and her little smile fits her well because she consistently makes everyone around her smile.
She lets her belly hang for belly massages as they all extend their hands out completely satisfied.
