The man helped the poor dog
When David was on his way to work in Missouri, he spotted a puppy close to the overpass. The dog was suffocating because he was hanging on an electrical cord.
He struggled to turn his head to the right or the left, and his feet weren’t even on the ground.
David immediately dialed 911 and grabbed a knife to cut the cord. The dog was attempting to breathe when he was freed from it. He was unable to walk after that, so David took him to Pet Project.
They discovered that he had a chip and that his owner was looking for him there. The owner was delighted to learn that his dog was still alive and had been located, but he was also grieved to learn what had happened to him.
Even the owner struggled to comprehend how his dog ended himself in that predicament. He claimed that he was unable to travel to his location of discovery alone.
Thankfully, the cameras will reveal the entire tale. Being held by an electrical cord is a sign that something is questionable.
The owner promised to contact animal control to learn more about the incident.
The owner is very appreciative of David’s assistance in saving his dog’s life.
