A beautiful squirrel
Capturing the everyday mistreatment of Mom Nature’s adorable animals. The Swedish-Dutch national spent about six hours looking for red squirrels and small winged creatures, capturing many of their delightful moments in their small living space. After switching to photography as a full-time job in 2013, he focused on documenting the humourous, unusually outstanding, and humorously intriguing world of ruddy squirrels.
Many of his photographs are modelled after scenes from Chip and Dale cartoons; they capture intriguing and childlike moments frozen in time. Weggen’s collection will make you happy, thanks to outstanding little mushroom cheats, units noticing blooms, and runs searching for berries.
