Heroic mother dog
In this instance, a mother dog named Amanda rescues her ten-day-old puppies from a burning house by bringing them outside.
After a car bomb went off in Chile, a fire started in the house, trapping Amanda’s kids inside.
The German Shepherd mix repeatedly placed her life in jeopardy by rushing into and out of the house to save her puppies.
Holding her puppies in her mouth until they were all secure, Amanda hurried back and forth between the house and the fire truck.
After her job was done and all the puppies were saved, Amanda stayed to protect them with her body as the firefighters battled the fire.
Sadly, burns caused one of Amanda’s puppies to pass away.
Apart from that, the veterinarian had checked and deemed the other four puppies healthy.
Felipe Lara, the vet who examined the puppies, claimed that Amanda made an effort to protect her kids as they were being taken away for inspection.
In the end, she allowed the veterinarian to examine the puppies, but she insisted on being with her gravely ill child, who regrettably passed away.
