Meaty smiles all the time
A pit bull mix with more than 40.000 Instagram followers is called Meatball. However, before he had a supportive family, his life was quite challenging.
Fortunately, Meaty was forced to spend all of his time in a no-kill animal sanctuary in California called Fresno Bully Rescue.
Meaty’s current owner, Lisa Reilly, first encountered him online. She saw a picture of him posted by the shelter and went right out to adopt him since he reminded her of her deceased dog Kitty.
Meaty joined his other buddies, who were all rescue dogs, when Lisa took him home.
Meaty clearly has a big grin on his face, and as you can see from the pictures, he received all he wished for!
He continues to smile every day since being adopted.
