Owner and his dog
A bird was discovered by a tiny Yorkie named Lily as she was playing in the snow during the day. This bird sat there stiffly instead of flying away like other birds do. The bird was quickly identified by Lily’s owner.
It was completely frozen and barely holding on to life when she got close to it.
The dog’s owner rushed to fetch a towel and a kiddie pool. The poor bird was picked up by her and taken to her home. Then, in an effort to warm up the bird, she started drying him off with a hair drier.
The bird eventually stopped being frozen after a while and began to move slightly more. The bird spread its wings and flew back to its family at that point. The poor bird wouldn’t have survived the cold if Lily hadn’t been playing in the snow.
