The cat had been missing for 13 years
Owner Janet was powerless in 2005 when her cat Boo vanished from the house.
She made every effort to locate the cat by posting flyers and advertising with a photo of her kitty.
She gave up looking for her after nearly a year, believing that she had most likely found another loving home for herself.
She made the decision to house two cats.
The girl receives a call after 13 years stating that she most likely misses a cat by the name of Boo.
Her ears didn’t make sense to her. The cat recognized her when she went there.
Fortunately, Boo was able to maintain his health at this time. She was barely underweight and dehydrated.
The cat was spotted by a woman 40 miles from Janet’s house. She then drove her to the doctor.
Fortunately, the five-year-old cat can still recall her owner.
The emotional reunion of the cat and her mother moved the entire staff at the animal shelter.
Boo began embracing, meowing, and kissing her owner as soon as she saw her.
The cat’s microchip allowed the veterinarian to locate Janet.
Many cat owners will be encouraged to microchip their pets in case they get lost as a result.
