A cat and her sole kitten
A tabby cat and her sole kitten have been best friends ever since they were born.
They are ecstatic that their shared dream has come true.
Earlier this year, Ashley Morrison, the owner of Ashley’s Kitten Academy, took in a mother and son pair who required a foster home.
Scarlet, the mother cat, was afraid of her lone kitten that looked like her, and she guarded him fiercely.
Ashley gave the pair a peaceful space to relax in.
Being surrounded by cosy blankets and scrumptious food allowed Scarlet to relax a little.
She gave her cat, which she was holding in her arms, her undivided attention.
After getting the required medical care, the cat mother felt so much better.
Knowing that her kitten was safe, Scarlet gradually began to open up and let Ashley to assist her with the demanding Scout.
Thanks to his mother’s unrelenting devotion, Scout quickly learnt his purr and used it anytime he was being handled or fed.
Scarlet’s inner cat awoke as she watched her infant thrive in front of her.
She started playing with toys for the first time and even brought them into the nest so her child could share in the fun.
Scout ran about and climbed anything he could get his hands on to assist his mother in calming down.
And invited her to check out their better accommodations after they had moved in.
The tabby kid is a ball of energy who roams the area like he owns it.
Scarlet was first worried about the new atmosphere, but watching how energetic
She is more receptive now that Scout is around all the time.
