When his owner, a breeder in Nebraska, decided to give him up to a shelter, things got even worse.
Soon after he came at Hearts United for Animals, Cosmo captured the attention of every volunteer.
Given how adorable he is, it didn’t take long for someone to decide to adopt him.
In any case, the trip was worthwhile for Jane and Geoff.
Contrarily, Cosmo has now experienced the warmth and love that he has long been due.
Nevertheless, when they first met in Nebraska, it was love at first belly massage.
When they went to their home in the upstate of New York, Cosmo was a little nervous about going inside a house for the first time.
